See the work that still needs doing
View incomplete jobs across the calendar or list. Filter by status and one or more assigned people to focus on the jobs you need to organise.
Scheduling gets the job into the diary. JobTorq keeps the crew, scope, tasks and updates with it as the work unfolds.
WHEN THE DIARY ISN’T ENOUGH
A calendar entry can tell you where to be. It rarely tells you which task changed, where the latest photos went or whether somebody picked up the extra work. Those details end up in calls, texts and personal notebooks.
Give each work order a shared record: customer and site, assigned people, due date, expected duration, tasks, files and notes. Staff can add timestamped updates without needing permission to edit the whole job.

Calendar bars span the expected work period. Explicit start and finish dates take precedence, so a multi-day job is visible as multi-day work.
Enable scheduling before dragging a job. Shift its due date or its defined start and finish dates. Use fullscreen when you need more of the calendar in view.
THE HANDOVER MATTERS
A job note is more useful beside the job than buried in a group chat. Add the observation, photo or file while it is relevant. Subscribers receive in-app updates, giving them a route back to the actual record.
Prepare a Safety Torq from the same work order and include the assets being used. A recent Safety Torq indicator on the job helps make the safety activity visible without opening every card.
Replacement seal required. Photo attached for the office to confirm the part before tomorrow’s visit.

Yes. Users with assignment permission can assign one or more workers. Jobs start in Awaiting assignment so unallocated work is visible.
Yes. Notes have their own workflow and can include attachments. This lets people contribute updates while the core job details remain read-only.
Yes. Expected duration can cover hours through weeks. The calendar uses that duration, or the explicit start and finish dates where both have been supplied.
